Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive - Lean Retailing to join our After Sales Service team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a passion for driving efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lean retailing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste in the After Sales Service department
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, including streamlining workflows and reducing costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean principles and best practices
- Train and coach team members on lean methodologies and tools
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of lean initiatives
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and increase profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lean retailing and incorporate them into the company's processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing lean initiatives and driving process improvements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Willingness to travel as needed
