Position: Safety Officer
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Education: Diploma in Safety / ADIS
Experience : 0-2 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Manage safety across multiple construction project sites.
- Ensure compliance with BOCW, statutory regulations, and client safety standards.
- Conduct HIRA, safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor PTW systems and ensure 100% PPE compliance.
- Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills.
- Investigate incidents, maintain safety documentation, and submit reports.
- Supervise Site Safety Supervisors and ensure subcontractor safety compliance.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of construction site safety experience.
- Degree/Diploma with recognized Safety qualification (ADIS/PDIS or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of construction safety, statutory compliance, HIRA, PTW, and PPE.
- Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
