We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll-related data.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Support management with various HR initiatives and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or personnel management (adjust as needed).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Experience with HRMS software.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.
