Mechanical Maintenance:-
- Maintenance of all type of CNC machines, Conventional Machines , Robot machines , Grininding machines...
- Planning, organize spares & other resources for effective & economical manufacturing.
- Ensuring adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedule.
- Ensuring the basic condition of Machines.
- Ensuring maximum uptime of Plant machineries.
- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on machinery
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Maintain records of maintenance work, breakdowns, and spare parts usage
- Install and commission new machinery and equipment
- Inspect and test mechanical components such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, and motors
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques
- Ability to read engineering drawings and manuals
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices
