Job Title: B2B Field Sales Executive – Electronics
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 1 - 5 years in B2B Marketing and generating leads
About the Role
Drive B2B revenue by managing and expanding a network of different companies and the co-working spaces for their Annual Maintainance. Own the territory end-to-end: acquisition, servicing, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit different companies in the industrial areas and IT hub.
- Build the pipeline of the clients
- Onboard new B2B client and grow order value from existing ones
- Present product catalogues, technical specs, pricing, and trade schemes.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and volume deals within approved margins
- Follow up on payment collections and outstanding dues
- Track competitor products, pricing, and new launches in the territory
- Support at trade fairs, dealer meets, and product launch events
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, and CRM/DMS updates
- Achieve monthly/quarterly primary sales, collection, and market share targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream; Diploma/B.E. in Electronics/Electrical is a plus (not mandatory for trade-side roles)
- Communication skills with confidence is preferred
- Experience in selling B2B products offline
- Basic technical understanding of product specs and use-cases
- Strong existing network of dealers/distributors in the territory is an advantage
- Two-wheeler with valid license (for local field roles)
- Target-oriented, good negotiation and relationship management skills
