Required Skills:
- Ability to design scalable and high-performing web applications.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
- Excellent understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of state management libraries like Redux/Context API.
- Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.
- Familiarity with Git, version control and deployment processes.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and enhance scalable web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Collaborate effectively with managers, designers, developers and QA teams.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable and testable code following best development practices.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging and technical discussions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects with proper testing.
- Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
Qualifications:
- BCA-MCA / BSc-MSc IT / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack Development.
- Experience working on live projects and deployment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Code must be of high accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
The ability to produce bug-free code.
