- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to achieve business goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and overall productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
