Responsibilities:
- Managing daily employee attendance and records
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Conducting initial telephonic screening
- Lining up meetings and interview schedules
- Coordinating with different departments
- Maintaining HR documents and reports
- Assisting in recruitment and on-boarding activities
- Handling day-to-day HR operations
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Professional behavior and follow-up skills

- Graduate/Fresher can apply
- Basic HR or recruitment knowledge preferred
