SAP CS Consultant
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant with 5–8 years of expertise in SAP CS solution design, implementation, support, and optimization. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of SAP Customer Service processes, extensive configuration experience, and proven ability to work in global support and project environments. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, regional support teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions and support services.
Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements, process flows, and solution designs into well-documented functional specifications and system designs aligned with global business templates.

Lead and support business process analysis, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver enhancements and integrations.

Execute and support Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation activities.

Provide application support while adhering to defined SLAs, change management processes, and project delivery standards.

Analyze incidents, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

Coordinate with regional and local support teams, testing teams, and business users to ensure successful release and deployment validation.

Review, validate, and contribute to enhancement requests, defect resolutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure all solutions comply with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and SDLC methodologies.

Provide functional recommendations and best practices to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency.

SAP CS Functional Experience

5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) with strong exposure to implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.

Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or global rollout project.

Education

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
