Role Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, Shine & LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Draft and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Work closely with recruitment agencies to build candidate pipelines
Candidate Profile
✔ Qualification: MBA / Graduate
✔ Experience:
- MBA – up to 4 years
- Graduate – 4 to 6 years
- Location - Andheri (E)
- Age Limit:
- Up to 28 years
- ✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Experience in Finance recruitment will be added advantage
Work Details
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Saturday: Half Day
