Role Overview
Source products at competitive prices while ensuring reliable, uninterrupted supply and zero-risk procurement, with key deliverables focused on cost competitiveness and error-free, timely order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive supplier development end-to-end from price discovery to negotiating favorable pricing, payment, and contract terms.
- Onboard new suppliers and strengthen existing partnerships to consistently secure better pricing and on-time delivery.
- Respond swiftly to purchase requisitions and resolve customer queries with speed and precision.
- Guarantee error-free order execution and turn customer escalations into trust-building moments.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in indirect material purchasing, with a sharp focus on consumables, office, and facility supplies.
- Proven expertise in supplier development, sourcing, RFX processes, and negotiations within indirect sourcing.
- End-to-end command of the purchase order cycle — from requisition to payment — on Ecommerce or ERP platforms.
- A graduate degree in any stream, paired with strong analytical thinking and solid business acumen.
- Stellar negotiation, communication, and people skills that get results.
- A self-starter who thrives working independently and stays execution-focused under pressure.
- Time-management skills and proficiency in MS Office to keep everything running smoothly.
