GTPL Enterprise Solutions is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and day-to-day office administration efficiently.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and courier services.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain meeting room calendars.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and operational support.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in travel arrangements, event coordination, and employee support activities.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support HR and Administration teams with routine administrative tasks.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or Administrative Executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in office administration or front office management is preferred.
