Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counselor with a background in Cybersecurity certification sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, understanding learner career goals, and converting prospects into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students for Cybersecurity programs (Ethical Hacking, CEH, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.)
- Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable certification tracks
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and virtual platforms
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in Cybersecurity / Tech certification sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity career paths
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
