- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate sales through site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable property solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and present updates to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
