Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager (Pharma Telesales & Marketing) to handle telephonic sales, generate leads, and support marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through calls and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to doctors, chemists, distributors, and clients
Promote company’s pharmaceutical products over calls, WhatsApp, and email
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Follow up on inquiries and close sales deals
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Maintain client database and update CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide product information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate; Pharma background preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English)
Basic knowledge of telesales / telemarketing
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Pharma telesales / BPO / Telecalling
Knowledge of pharma products and industry
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing basics
