We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled BE Plastic Engineer to join our team in Koregaon Bhima. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of plastic engineering processes, materials, and production support activities. This role is suitable for candidates with around 1.5 years of experience who can support operations, quality, and technical coordination in a manufacturing environment. Plastics engineering roles commonly involve product/process improvement, troubleshooting, quality support, and coordination with production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day plastic engineering and production activities.
Assist in process monitoring, quality checks, and issue resolution.
Work on troubleshooting of plastic molding or manufacturing-related problems.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation.
Support improvement initiatives to reduce rejection and improve efficiency.
Follow safety, quality, and company process standards.
Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of plastic engineering fundamentals.
Basic understanding of molding or plastic manufacturing processes.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle technical tasks.
Good communication and documentation skills.

BE in Plastic Engineering required.

Salary: 18,000 to 30,000 per month, based on profile and experience.
