Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and achieve admission targets for upcoming batches of aviation and airport management programs.
- Coordinate and manage both in-house and outdoor marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Develop admission strategies to increase student enrollment and brand visibility.
- Train, guide, and monitor academic counselors and admission staff to improve conversion and counseling quality.
- Conduct academic counseling sessions for students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and placements in the aviation industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and business partners for admissions and collaborations.
- Plan and execute lead generation activities including seminars, career guidance programs, and campus visits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission and sales reports for management review.
- Ensure proper follow-up with inquiries, walk-ins, and prospective students until admission closure.
- Support branding, social media promotions, and student engagement activities of the academy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
