Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
Provide information about study abroad opportunities, courses, and services offered by Join In Campus.
Understand students' requirements and guide them to the appropriate counseling team.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries.
Build positive relationships with students and ensure a smooth communication experience.
Follow up with leads and support the student conversion process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or the education sector will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
