Combat Fitness Cult (CFC) is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team productivity, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service to maximize membership growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase memberships and revenue.
- Assign sales targets and track individual and team performance.
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct sales meetings and review performance metrics with the team.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development and client meetings, if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
