About the Role
Indian Electricals is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Executive to support the sales team by managing customer communications, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Handle client communication through emails and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
- Assist with order tracking and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Work on Tally and Microsoft Excel for sales and inventory-related tasks.
- Provide administrative and back-office support to the sales department.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a back-office role.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and professional email communication.
- Good written English with the ability to draft client-facing emails independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an electrical, trading, or B2B company is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
