- Handle Incoming Calls:
- Answer queries related to hospital services, appointment availability, doctors, treatments, and other relevant information.
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Outbound Calling:
- Make follow-up calls to patients regarding their appointments, treatments, and post-visit feedback.
- Remind patients about upcoming appointments, tests, and check-ups.
- Contact prospective patients to inform them about ongoing services, promotions, or eye care packages.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Book, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments as per their requests, ensuring an organized and efficient schedule for doctors.
- Coordinate between departments for special consultation requests or urgent patient needs.
- Patient Relationship Management:
- Build rapport with patients by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Handle any complaints or escalations and pass them to the concerned departments when necessary.
- Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurately record patient details, call logs, and appointment information into the hospital’s system.
- Update patient profiles and maintain records of all communications.
- Customer Feedback:
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys over the phone.
- Report feedback and suggestions to improve the hospital’s service and patient experience.
- Hospital Promotions:
- Inform patients about new treatments, eye care packages, and promotions.
- Encourage patients to avail of special offers, enhancing the hospital’s service reach.
