Short Job Description
We are looking for Male and Female Helpers for the Welding Department to assist welders and support production activities. Candidates should be physically active, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist welders during fabrication and welding activities.
- Handle and move materials, tools, and welding components.
- Clean welding areas, machines, and workstations.
- Support grinding, fitting, and basic production activities.
- Follow safety instructions and use PPE properly.
- Assist in loading/unloading materials.
- Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
- Support supervisors and production teams as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum basic education.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Physically fit and hardworking.
- Male and Female candidates are eligible.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
