Role Summary
The ACES Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the ACES program across partner institutions. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and people-management skills to ensure high-quality program delivery and positive learner outcomes.

Responsibilities:
· Plan and coordinate ACES batches across schools, colleges, NGOs, and partner institutions.
· Prepare , manage and ensure class schedules, teacher allocations, and academic calendars are followed.
· Coordinate with partner organizations to ensure smooth program implementation.
· Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
· Ensure teachers use interactive, learner-centric teaching methodologies.
· Monitor lesson planning and adherence to the ACES curriculum.
· Track student attendance, participation, and learning outcomes.
· Coordinate pre- and post-assessments.
· Analyse program data and prepare reports on student progress and program effectiveness.
· Identify challenges and recommend improvements.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutions.
· Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
· Prepare monthly progress reports and dashboards.
· Coordinate logistics for classes, training sessions, and events.
. Ensure timely communication with teachers, learners, volunteers, and partners.
· Planning Teacher Training and Program Deployment across the year
· Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your manager.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple programs simultaneously.
- Data management and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel to partner locations when required.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
