The role primarily focuses on after-sales support, backend operations, customer coordination, and process management. Position: Support Executive
Location: Work From Office
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales support to students/customers and ensure a smooth experience.
- Handle backend operations and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Manage documentation, reports, and process-related updates.
- Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Assist in onboarding and support-related administrative activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Maintain process compliance and contribute to operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
