Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AR Collections professional with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end collections, client communication, dispute resolution, and team leadership. This role requires prior experience in handling a team while ensuring collection targets and service quality are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AR collections for assigned accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of AR Collection Executives to achieve collection targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices through calls, emails, and customer interactions.
- Resolve billing disputes and coordinate with internal stakeholders for prompt issue resolution.
- Track aging reports and prioritize high-value or overdue accounts.
- Monitor team productivity, collection metrics, and SLA adherence.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance collection efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific guidelines.
- Collaborate with finance, billing, and operations teams to improve cash flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections.
- Mandatory experience in team handling/people management.
- Strong knowledge of AR processes, collections lifecycle, and aging analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/AR systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar is preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the office.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
