The role of a Sales & Business Development Coordinator at mainly focuses on driving the sales of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides through FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations) and farmer networks.
The person will be responsible for:
- Travelling extensively to different field locations and meeting farmers/FPOs
- Promoting and selling agricultural inputs
- Building relationships with FPOs, dealers, distributors, and input companies
- Supporting FPOs in planning and increasing seasonal sales
- Coordinating dealership tie-ups and ensuring smooth order execution
- Managing sales targets and market development activities
- Conducting field visits, farmer meetings, and product awareness activities
- Knowledge or experience in output sales is an added advantage
The role is highly field-oriented and target-driven, requiring strong communication, convincing ability, and hands-on experience in agricultural sales. Knowledge of seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers is essential.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
