Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Financial Officer. In this role, you will act as a strategic gatekeeper and operational engine. You will handle financial data, manage essential office operations, and coordinate high-level stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills, excellent business acumen, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations & Excel Management
- Excel modeling: Build and maintain financial trackers using advanced Excel.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor departmental budgets, process executive expense reports, and flag budget variances.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance metrics for leadership.
2. Investor Relations Support
- Presentation Design: Create executive-ready PowerPoint decks, translating financial charts into clean, logical slides for board and investor meetings.
- Meeting Logistics: Schedule and coordinate quarterly calls, investor roadshows, and shareholder meetings.
- Data Management: Organize confidential investor files, follow-up items, and update the internal investor relations database.
3. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Vendor Sourcing: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, agencies, and service providers.
- Billing Reconciliations: Review vendor invoices, verify deliverables against contracts, and coordinate with accounts payable for timely disbursement.
- Contract Administration: Maintain an organized digital archive of active vendor agreements, tracking renewal dates and compliance milestones.
4. Office Supplies & Admin Operations
- Inventory Control: Monitor, forecast, and procure office supplies, hardware, and pantry inventory to ensure zero downtime.
- Facilities Oversight: Coordinate with building management and maintenance teams to ensure a secure, functional office environment.
- Calendar Logistics: Manage the CFO’s dynamic calendar, balancing internal meetings with external partner calls across multiple time zones.
Required Profile
- Technical Skills: Expert-level mastery of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Background: Proven experience supporting a finance leader or working closely with corporate finance teams.
- Traits: Strict adherence to data confidentiality, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight financial closing deadlines.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
