- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including Payroll, onboarding, employee data management, payroll administration, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes align with business objectives
- Stay updated with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
