PCCS Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our field, operations, and corporate roles across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
● Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and consultancies for logistics operations, warehouse, driver, and corporate roles.
● Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds to assess candidate suitability.
● Manage candidate documentation, background/police verification coordination, and pre-onboarding formalities.
● Ensure a professional and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Experience
● Education: Graduated
● Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
● Working knowledge of MS Excel and job portals .
● Ability to manage high-volume, multi-location hiring under timelines.
