development models. Established in 2011 and operating at scale since 2019, TWF works
across key areas including education, health, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene),
women’s health and hygiene, poverty alleviation, and climate resilience. Driven by the belief

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Fundraising Associate to support the
organisation's fundraising initiatives by engaging with potential donors, building long-term
relationships, and promoting the organisation's mission. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in the development sector.
Key Responsibilities
Donor Engagement & Fundraising
Identify and connect with prospective individual and institutional donors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors.
Communicate the organisation's mission, programmes, and impact effectively.
Support fundraising campaigns and donor outreach initiatives.
Ensure timely follow-up with donors and maintain regular communication.
Fundraising Operations
Maintain accurate donor records and fundraising databases.
Assist in preparing donor reports, presentations, and fundraising materials.
Coordinate with internal teams for fundraising activities and events.
Support grant and proposal documentation whenever required.
Monitor fundraising progress and prepare periodic reports.
Relationship Management
Represent the organisation professionally during meetings, events, and donor interactions.
Ensure a positive donor experience through timely communication and acknowledgement.
Support partnerships with corporates, institutions, and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.COM, BA, BSW, BMS or any other relevant field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
