Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by developing and managing corporate accounts, travel agent partnerships, and B2B sales channels. The role is responsible for expanding the client portfolio, achieving revenue targets, strengthening market presence, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across Cozmo's travel products and services.
Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:
- Drive business development and sales activities across corporate clients, travel agents, and B2B partners to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key corporate accounts to expand market presence.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, networking activities, and commercial negotiations to promote Cozmo's travel solutions and secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders to drive customer retention and business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, while preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma / Degree in Travel & Tourism Management preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development within the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate accounts, travel partners, and business relationships.
- Experience in Travel management company (TMC), OTA, visa, holiday, or related travel services sales will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
