Job Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer relationships across assigned territories
- Understand client requirements and recommend HVAC & refrigeration solutions
- Support technical discussions, product selection, and application guidance
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams (projects, service, operations) for smooth execution
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and basic technical evaluations
- Assist in post-installation support and customer satisfaction
- Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and forecasts
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business growth

- Heat load basics, system selection, product application

Eligibility Criteria
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–4 years experience in HVAC / Refrigeration / Technical Sales
- Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
- Willingness to travel (local + regional)
- Basic understanding of HVAC components (compressors, chillers, ducts, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
