About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost control, vendor coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Verify site measurements and project quantities.
- Review drawings and specifications for accurate estimation.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and design teams.
- Track project costs, variations, and billing.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and cost negotiations.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
