About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic sales executive cum fashion designer to join our store team. In this hybrid role, you will be the direct bridge between our customers and our custom clothing line. You will handle store sales and customer assistance while also utilising your design background to consult on custom orders, take precise measurements, and coordinate production details.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance & Sales: Greet store visitors, understand their requirements, explain product collections, and guide them through purchases just like a retail sales executive.
- Custom Design Consultations: Interact closely with clients to understand their specific design requirements for custom frocks and dresses, helping them choose fabrics, colours, and styles.
- Measurements & Details: Take accurate measurements of children and note down precise customisation instructions.
- Production Coordination: Bridge the gap between the customer and the production unit—making sure custom designs created by you are stitched and executed correctly.
- Finishing & Quality Check: Inspect finished custom dresses, assist with final touches/finishing, and ensure everything meets quality standards before packing.
- Store & Stock Management: Keep the display area organised, handle packing and dispatch tasks when needed, and maintain a professional, polite demeanour at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing (Plus Two / Graduate background accepted).
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in retail sales, boutiques, or fashion design roles.
- Core Traits:
- Energetic and enthusiastic on the sales floor.
- Polite, mature, and patient with customers and kids.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam (English knowledge is a plus).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complete work on time.
- Location: Candidates from nearby places within a 5–10 kilometre radius are preferred.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
