Responsibility of HR & Admin Executive
HR & Admin Executive typically manages both Human Resources and administrative functions within an organization. This role involves handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and overseeing office management, facilities, and general administrative duties. They ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and hire skilled labor, engineers, and site staff
- Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities
- Conduct induction and safety orientation for new hires
Ø Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain updated employee files and digital HRMS entries
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and contract labor regulations
- Handle documentation for subcontractors and third-party workers
Ø Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor biometric or manual attendance systems
- Collate timesheets and overtime data for payroll processing
- Assist in salary disbursement and resolve payroll queries
Ø Performance & Appraisal
- Support periodic performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Maintain appraisal records and increment trackers
Ø Training & Development
- Organize safety training, skill development, and toolbox talks
- Track certifications and renewal of licenses (e.g., electrical permits)
Ø Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
- Plan welfare activities, festivals, and team-building events
- Address grievances and escalate disciplinary issues when needed
v Admin Responsibilities
Ø Office & Site Administration
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and site consumables
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff
- Maintain site visitor logs and access control
Ø Vendor & Asset Management
- Liaise with vendors for services like housekeeping, security, and transport
- Track company assets like laptops, tools, and PPE issued to staff
Ø Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily manpower reports, MIS, and compliance trackers
- Maintain records for audits, inspections, and client submissions
Ø Facility & Infrastructure Support
- Ensure site office cleanliness, utilities, and basic amenities
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment
