Position Overview:
We are looking for a well-groomed, enthusiastic, and service-oriented F&B Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our outlets by providing efficient and courteous service in line with restaurant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and responsive service.
Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas.
Assist in preparing the restaurant/bar/outlet for daily operations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth order execution.
Follow the restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.
Handle billing processes and operate POS systems when required.
Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in F&B service (hotel or restaurant).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Energetic, polite, and guest-focused personality.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
