Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sr. Enterprise Account Executive who thrives on building enterprise relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and helping clients maximize the value of their digital experience investments.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Adobe Account Executives, internal solution teams, and enterprise leadership stakeholders to drive consulting opportunities, expand strategic accounts, and accelerate Hashout’s growth in the enterprise digital transformation space.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in enterprise sales, MarTech consulting, or agency account management, with a proven ability to close complex service deals.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise Opportunity Development
- Drive new opportunities across:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Adobe Experience Platforms
- Adobe Commerce
- Identify and develop consulting and implementation opportunities across enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with revenue goals
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
- Partner with Adobe Account Executives and internal solution teams on:
- Joint pursuits
- Co-sell initiatives
- Strategic account growth
- Collaborate with solution teams to position Hashout’s Adobe expertise effectively
Enterprise Client Engagement
- Engage with GCC leadership teams in Bengaluru and other hubs to understand:
- Adobe service delivery requirements
- Staffing needs
- Digital transformation priorities
- Build long-term relationships with key enterprise stakeholders
- Position Hashout as a trusted digital transformation partner
Sales Cycle Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle, including:
- Prospecting
- Qualification
- Discovery
- Proposal support
- Negotiation
- Closure
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop solution proposals aligned with customer business goals
Solution Evangelism
- Promote Hashout’s:
- MarTech accelerators
- Pod-based delivery models
- Adobe implementation services
- Communicate measurable business outcomes and value-driven solutions to enterprise clients
