About The Role
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of local transport strategies and plan to ensure delivery on time with minimum cost.
What You Will Deliver
Deliver goods to customer or target area timely as per performance KPIs
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
Collect payment and make bank deposition
Follow the direction and guideline stated in DKSH Freight & Transportation SOPs
Ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
Report any issues if found wrong direction while performing tasks
Other's task assigns by manager
