Job Summary
We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to market bench consultants, connect with vendors and clients, and help place consultants on suitable projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to vendors and clients.
- Find matching job requirements and submit consultant profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate rates.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Follow up regularly to ensure successful placements.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000.00 per month for Lead
