Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Business Development team. The role involves handling customer coordination, sales documentation, order processing, and internal team coordination to ensure smooth sales operations and timely customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales team for quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries, emails, and order processing
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and update CRM records
- Track order execution, dispatch, and delivery status
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and finance teams
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Support sales presentations and data analysis
- Assist in tender documentation and submission
- Follow up for invoicing and payment status
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of sales process & documentation
- Experience with CRM / ERP / SAP is preferred
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Preferred Experience:
- Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Back Office Sales experience
- Candidates from Manufacturing / Engineering industry preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
