Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills
- Experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment reporting.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / MBA HR / Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Pay: Up to ₹324,000.00 per year
