Key Responsibilities
Finance Accounting Operations
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking transactions, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely monthly and annual book closure and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and working capital requirements.
Compliance Regulatory Management
Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain proper documentation and records for statutory and financial requirements.
Audit Reporting
Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents required for audits.
Implement audit recommendations and strengthen financial controls.
Financial Planning Support
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Prepare financial analyses and reports to support management decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Team Coordination
Supervise and guide junior finance team members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for finance-related requirements.
Support the CFO in implementing finance processes and reporting frameworks.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
CA Inter, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
5–6 years of experience in Finance Accounts, preferably in startups, technology companies, or high-growth organizations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and audits.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
