Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Manager with 3–6 years of experience in the real estate industry to manage and coordinate architectural design activities for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, consultants, project teams, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design activities from concept design through construction documentation.
- Review and manage architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and interior consultants to ensure seamless design integration.
- Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, statutory regulations, National Building Code (NBC), and RERA requirements.
- Liaise with project execution teams to resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Review consultant submissions, shop drawings, material specifications, and design revisions.
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely design deliverables.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify execution as per approved drawings and design intent.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and coordinate with approval consultants where required.
- Track design progress, maintain design schedules, and ensure projects meet planned timelines.
- Prepare design reports, meeting minutes, and coordination documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement and project management teams for material selection and technical evaluations.

- Knowledge of building materials, construction methodologies, and value engineering.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
