Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process to attract quality talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen profiles and conduct initial assessments
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer rollouts
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with job portals and ATS tools
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹20,000.00 per month
