JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor the daily operations of 108 ambulance services in the assigned area.
- Ensure ambulances are available, functional and deployed efficiently.
- Supervise EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians), Pilots and other field staff.
- Manage manpower planning, attendance, shift scheduling and leave arrangements.
- Conduct field visits to ambulance bases and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure adherence to operational protocols, SOPs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with hospitals, government authorities and local stakeholders.
- Investigate operational issues, service delays, complaints and incidents.
- Monitor ambulance response times and service performance indicators.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness and documentation of ambulances.
- Verify and submit operational reports, attendance records and performance data.
- Arrange replacements and alternatives during staff shortages or emergencies.
- Conduct staff counseling, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure availability of medical equipment, medicines, fuel and consumables.
- Support emergency situations, disaster management activities and special government programs.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve operational concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication between field staff, district management and control room teams.
- Analyze operational data and suggest improvements for service efficiency.
- Perform any other duties assigned by district or state management.

Qualification
B.Tec Mech/ Diploma in automobile engineering
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
