We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Study Abroad & Immigration branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for branch operations, team management, sales performance, and delivering excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the overall operations of the branch.
Lead and motivate the counselling, admissions, and visa filing teams.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Monitor lead conversion and ensure high-quality student counselling.
Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
Maintain excellent relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and visa procedures.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in Study Abroad/Immigration industry.
Previous experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Knowledge of UK, Australia, Canada, USA, or Europe admissions and visa processes.
Ability to achieve business targets and manage a team effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,440.01 per month
