- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and industry partners.
- Identify and secure internship and placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and hiring events.
- Build new employer partnerships to expand placement opportunities.
- Liaise with HR teams and recruiters to understand hiring requirements.
- Match eligible students with suitable internship and job opportunities.
- Conduct placement orientation sessions and career guidance programs.
- Coordinate resume building, mock interviews, and employability training.
- Track student placement progress and maintain placement records.
- Ensure students meet employer requirements before interviews.
- Follow up with recruiters and students throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and submit regular placement and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with academic and student support teams to improve placement outcomes.
- Achieve assigned internship and placement targets.
- Ensure a positive recruitment experience for both students and employers.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
