1. Footfall & Revenue Growth (Primary KRA)
- Drive monthly footfall growth (15–25%) through field and digital activities
- Achieve revenue targets across:
- OPD Consultations
- Diagnostics (Lab + CT/MRI)
- Retail Health Checks (RHC)
- Improve conversion ratio (Walk-ins → Paid services)
- Track and deliver activity-wise ROI

- Daily footfall numbers
- Conversion % (target: 20%+)
- Monthly revenue vs target
2. Community & Corporate Outreach
- Execute RWA camps, corporate camps, health talks, park activities
- Generate qualified leads & walk-ins from outreach programs
- Build local presence & brand visibility in catchment area
KPIs:
- No. of camps/month (Target: 8–12)
- Leads generated per activity
- Revenue generated per camp
3. Referral Doctor Network Development
- Identify & onboard referral doctors (GPs, clinics, specialists)
- Build diagnostics & consultation referral pipeline
- Maintain weekly engagement visits

- New doctors onboarded/month (Target: 5–10)
- Referral revenue contribution (%)
- Active referring doctors count
4. Diagnostics & RHC Business Growth
- Improve Lab conversion: 15% → 20%+
- Drive CT/MRI utilization (slot fill rate)

5. Brand Visibility & Clinic Experience

- Conduct CSAT surveys & feedback tracking

7. Digital & Lead Management
- Execute:
