Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field activities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong convincing and presentation ability
- Basic knowledge of real estate market and property sales
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is an advantage
- Positive attitude and professional personality
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA/Marketing preferred
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
