We collaborate with global clients to deliver coordinated, clash-free, and high-quality BIM outputs using the latest technologies and standards.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Architect with 7–10 years of professional experience in Architectural BIM modeling, documentation, and project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Revit expertise, a strong understanding of construction documentation, and experience delivering BIM projects for international clients (UK, USA, Middle East, Australia).
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed BIM models for Architecture, Structure, or MEP disciplines. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free model integration. Generate accurate drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models. Maintain adherence to project standards, LOD requirements, and QA/QC procedures. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to model reviews. Support automation and process improvements in Revit and other BIM tools.
Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP). Understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detection (Navisworks preferred). Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP) and LOD standards, Knowledge of ISO 19650, Understanding of LOD 100–500, Sheet setup and documentation, Work-sharing and Central Models. Attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive communication skills. Familiarity with international project standards (UK / US / Middle East) is a plus. Understanding of RIBA Stages, BS Standards, IFC Workflow, COBie (preferred).
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Diploma Architecture, or a related discipline.
